Chassis That Won’t Bend
We use 2mm Angang steel plate. Not that cheap recycled shit from scrap yards. You can stand on the chassis and jump, it won’t bend.
Every weld is done by guys who’ve been welding for 8+ years. We check every single weld. If we find a bad one, we cut it out and redo it. No exceptions.
Seats That Don’t Fall Apart
8cm thick high-density foam. I’m 190lbs, I sit on it all day, it doesn’t go flat. The cheap foam other factories use? It’s like sitting on a cardboard box after 3 months.
The charging auto three wheeler fabric is water-resistant. Wipe spills off with a damp cloth. If it gets really dirty, unzip the cover and throw it in the washing machine.
All seats have seatbelts. Extra handrails on both sides. Driver’s seat slides back and forth, has lumbar support so you don’t get back pain after 12 hours driving.

Packaging And Delivery
I take packaging seriously. I’ve seen too many containers where tuk tuks arrived all smashed up because the factory was too cheap to pack them properly. Each tuk tuk is bolted to a custom steel frame. It can’t move or shift during shipping. Guaranteed no damage.
Naked Packaging: For bulk orders to save shipping. We wrap all lights, mirrors, and handles in 3 layers of bubble wrap. Then strap them down tight inside the container.
