 We do 3 layers of anti-rust treatment: phosphating, epoxy primer, powder coating. I’ve had customers in coastal Nigeria use these 3 wheeler auto for 5 years, and the chassis still looks new. No rust holes, no bending even when overloaded. We test every chassis to 150% of max load before we put anything else on it.

Driver Seat You Can Sit In All Day

I’ve talked to hundreds of drivers, and the #1 complaint is back pain. So we made the seat height-adjustable with proper lumbar support. It slides 5cm back and forth, so tall and short drivers are both comfortable. The handlebars are at just the right height, no reaching.
