We use 5mm thick high-strength manganese steel for the entire main frame, full seamless welding by our in-house senior welders (no outsourced, rushed spot welds). We also add two extra load-bearing beams under the cargo box, specifically to handle the impact of dropping cement bags, steel bars, and rubble.

2. High-Torque, Fuel-Saving Gasoline Engine (Works Where Electric Can’t)

The heart of this tricycle is our 4-stroke gasoline engine, tuned exclusively for construction use. We optimized it for low-speed, high-torque output—meaning it pulls a full load up 30° slopes without straining, no revving the engine to death, no burning out the clutch.

It starts reliably in temperatures from -10°C to 45°C, so it works in freezing mountain sites and sweltering tropical job sites alike. With our optimized combustion system, it only uses 2.5-3.5L of fuel per 100km—20% less than similar models on the market. Most importantly, parts for this engine are available at every auto parts shop in every country we ship to. You don’t have to wait 2 weeks for us to ship a replacement part if something needs fixing.

All our models come with a dual-circuit braking system: front and rear drum brakes (our heavy-duty model upgrades to a front disc brake) plus a heavy-duty hand parking brake. Even with a full 3-ton load going downhill, it stops quickly and steadily, no skidding, no brake fade.
