1. Reinforced Chassis & Cargo Bed – Built for Heavy Loads, Long Trips
Cheap gasoline tricycle bend and warp when you load them up for long bumpy runs. We built this chassis from 5mm thick reinforced steel, stamped in one piece and fully welded at every stress point. We put every chassis through a 200,000km vibration test to make sure it won’t deform, even under constant heavy load on rough roads.
The cargo bed is made from 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel, with reinforced edge beams and a non-slip floor. It can handle bulk building materials, crates of goods, or fragile farm produce without bending or damaging your cargo. We also offer fully enclosed, waterproof bed options if you need to protect goods from rain, dust, or sun on long trips.
2. Ergonomic Cabin – No More Sore Backs After All-Day Driving
Driving 8+ hours a day in an uncomfortable seat will ruin you. We designed this cabin around what long-haul drivers actually need: a thick, high-density sponge seat with an adjustable backrest that supports your lower back, even on the longest runs.
Our fully enclosed cabin option comes with a toughened windshield, electric wiper, and sun shade, so you’re protected from wind, rain, harsh sun, and dust on cross-country trips. We also added a non-slip soft-grip handlebar and widened footrest, so you stay in control and comfortable, hour after hour.
3. All-Terrain Suspension & Puncture-Resistant Tires
Long-distance routes aren’t always smooth highways. You’re going to hit gravel roads, muddy farm tracks, and potholed rural paths. Our front hydraulic telescopic shocks and rear 6-leaf thickened heavy-duty springs soak up all those bumps, so you don’t get jostled around, and your cargo stays intact.
We fitted 5.00-12 puncture-resistant vacuum tires, built for rough roads. They last 30% longer than standard tires, and are far less likely to go flat on remote routes. For long-haul drivers, that means less time stuck on the side of the road changing tires, and more time making money

Packaging and Delivery

We know your biggest fears are damaged parts, exorbitant freight costs, and complicated assembly when the trikes arrive. Our packaging and delivery process is built to eliminate all those headaches. We split the trike into 3 fully pre-assembled large sections: the front cabin, the chassis with engine already fitted, and the cargo bed. No tiny loose parts, no complicated assembly. Each section is wrapped in 3 layers: anti-rust film, thick bubble wrap, and waterproof woven cloth, then locked tight into a fumigation-free wooden frame.
