Reinforced No-Warp Cargo Box
This is the heart of the self unloading petrol tricycle, and we didn’t cut a single corner here. We use 2.5mm cold-rolled steel for the box—thicker than 90% of the trikes you’ll find on the market. Every seam is double-welded, with reinforced steel bracing on all 4 corners and the bottom of the box. We’ve had farmers haul 1500kg of cement up 25° hills, and the box doesn’t warp, doesn’t crack, doesn’t bend.
Bulletproof Manganese Steel Frame
A trike is only as good as its frame—and ours is built to take a beating. The entire frame is stamped from 5mm thick high-strength manganese steel, with robot welding for uniform, crack-free joints on every single unit. We added extra cross-beams at all the key load-bearing points, so the frame doesn’t sway or bend when you’re hauling a full load down a bumpy road.
