•Frame Production: Cutting → Bending → Welding → Rust Removal → Galvanizing. Our welders have 5+ years of experience—no rookie mistakes. Every weld is checked with an ultrasonic tester to make sure there are no cracks (a hidden problem in cheap rickshaws that breaks frames later). Rust removal takes 3 steps—sandblasting, pickling, phosphating—to make sure the galvanization sticks. That’s why our frames don’t rust for 5+ years.

•Assembly Line: 12 stations, from engine to tires. Each station has a checklist, and two technicians sign off on every step—no loose screws, no wrong wiring. We use genuine parts: engine parts from Honda/Yamaha, tires from Michelin. Cheap parts save us money upfront, but they break fast and cost you more in repairs. We don’t cut that corner.

Packaging Details (Built to Avoid Damage)

Every rickshaw gets 3 layers of protection—we’ve tested this over hundreds of shipments to make sure they arrive undamaged:

1.Inner Layer: 5cm thick EPE foam wrapped around all fragile parts—headlights, mirrors, body, engine. It soaks up shocks and stops scratches during shipping. We added extra foam after a few early shipments had minor scratches.

2.Middle Layer: Waterproof PE film. Stops moisture, dust, and corrosion—critical for sea shipping, which is humid. No more rust spots from water getting inside the crate.

3.Outer Layer: 18mm thick plywood crate with metal brackets to hold the rickshaw in place. The crate is fumigated (meets ISPM 15 standards) so it clears customs in every country—no delays because of bad packaging. We use strong crates because we’ve had cheap crates break during shipping, damaging rickshaws.

Extra Protection for Custom Rickshaws: If you get custom paint or logos, we add extra foam and a protective cover to keep those details safe. Every crate has a detailed packing list—so you can check everything when it arrives, no missing parts.

•What’s Covered: Only manufacturing defects—no damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect. If a part breaks because of how we made it, we send a replacement for free in 3-7 days—no extra cost for parts or shipping. We’ve never charged a customer for a warranty replacement.
