1. Reinforced Heavy-Duty Cargo Bed

Our cargo bed is built from 1.5mm cold-rolled steel, fully stamped and welded – no flimsy bolt-together bits that rattle apart after 3 months of heavy use. We add reinforced corner brackets and anti-deformation bracing along the edges, so it doesn’t warp when you’re hauling sharp construction materials, wet produce, or heavy bulk goods.

2. Fully Welded Manganese Steel Frame

The frame is the backbone of a work trike, and we don’t cut corners here. It’s built from 5mm thick high-strength manganese steel, fully welded and formed in one piece, no weak bolted joints. It won’t bend, crack, or warp, even when fully loaded on steep hills.

We also lowered the frame’s center of gravity, so it stays stable when turning fully loaded, no risk of rollover on uneven ground. It lasts 3x longer than the thin-walled frames on cheap competing models.

3. Heavy-Duty Shock Absorption & Brake System

The front end uses a hydraulic shock absorption system that smooths out potholes and ruts, so the driver doesn’t get worn out after a full day of driving, and your cargo stays intact. The rear has 5 thickened leaf springs, built to hold full weight without stiffening up, so fragile produce like tomatoes or eggs don’t get bruised on bumpy backroads.

We break the trike down into core, easy-to-assemble components, pack each part in 5-layer export corrugated cartons with foam corner guards and waterproof wrap, then strap everything to heavy-duty wooden pallets. It’s perfect if you have a small local assembly shop.For sample orders or small batches (1-9 units), we partially assemble the cargo gasoline tricycle, fix it to a rust-proof iron frame, wrap it fully in thick bubble film and waterproof tarpaulin, to avoid scratches, dents, or water damage during transit.
