Product Introduction

Our Construction Gasoline Cargo Tricycle is made for real construction work—tough job sites, industrial yards, short-haul material moves. No fancy words, just a solid workhorse that won’t let you down. Unlike those regular cargo tricycles that break easily, this one’s built first to carry heavy loads, handle rough ground, and keep going day in and day out. That’s exactly what construction crews need—you’re on site from early morning to late evening, and you can’t afford a vehicle that quits on you. It runs on a high-performance gasoline engine, so it’s got the torque and steady power to haul sand, cement, gravel, bricks, and other construction stuff over bumpy, potholed job sites or remote rural build areas—no struggle, no breakdowns, just get the job done.

Product Parameters

Parameter Category

Specification Details

Engine Type

Single Cylinder, 4-Stroke, Air-Cooled Gasoline Engine.

Displacement

197ml to 200ml. Real talk—actual displacement might be a little different per unit, that’s normal for this type of engine.

Rated Power

8.2KW to 13KW at 8500r/min. Depends on the engine model you choose—bigger power means better climbing.

Maximum Torque

10.0N·m at 7500r/min. More than enough power to climb steep slopes, even when fully loaded.

Load Capacity

850kg to 1000kg. We always tell customers—don’t go over 1000kg long-term, it’ll wear the vehicle out faster.

Maximum Speed

70km/h max, but we strongly advise keeping it under 60km/h when loaded—safety first, especially on job sites.

Fuel Tank Capacity

18L standard. If you have limited storage space, we can do 12L instead—just let us know.

Fuel Consumption

About 4.0L per 100km when driving at 50km/h on average. If you’re fully loaded, it might use a little more—totally normal.

Overall Dimensions (L×W×H)

3400mm × 1300mm × 1360mm. Fits most narrow construction paths—we’ve tested it on lots of job sites.

Cargo Box Dimensions (L×W×H)

1800mm × 1300mm × 480mm. Comes with guardrails to keep materials from falling off while you’re driving—no more lost supplies.

Frame Material

40×80×2.0mm thickened steel, integrated welding. No cheap spot welding—so no weak spots, it’s built to last for years.

Braking System

Front: 130 mechanical hub type; Rear: 180 mechanical drum type. Strong stopping power, even when the tricycle is fully loaded—no scary moments on slopes.

Suspension System

Front: hydraulic damper; Rear: 6-piece leaf spring (3+2 optional). Smooths out bumpy roads, so you don’t get jarred around, and your cargo stays intact.

Tire Specification

4.50-12 KTA tire. No spare tire included, but we sell spares separately—many customers buy an extra one just in case.

Battery

12V/9Ah maintenance-free lead-acid battery. No need for regular maintenance—just install it and forget about it, until it needs replacing.

Starting Method

Kick start and electric start—dual option. The electric start works even in cold weather, so you don’t have to struggle with kick starting on freezing days.

Transmission

5 forward gears + 1 reverse gear, manual clutch. Easy to shift, even for drivers who don’t have much experience with tricycles.

Product Details

1. Reinforced Frame & Cargo Box

Let’s be real—construction sites are rough. That’s why we use 40×80×2.0mm thickened steel for the frame, with integrated welding. No cheap spot welding that breaks after a few months. This frame can handle heavy loads and the rough treatment of job sites—no bending, no breaking, even when you hit a big pothole with a full load. The cargo box is 1.2mm embossed steel plate, with reinforced guardrails (330+150mm) to keep materials from falling off while you’re driving. The bottom plate is anti-slip and wear-resistant too—we’ve tested it with sharp gravel and heavy steel bars, and it holds up without scratches or damage, even after months of daily use. Our customers tell us they’ve hauled all kinds of rough materials, and the cargo box still looks good.

2. Reliable Braking & Suspension

Safety is non-negotiable. That’s why we put front and rear dual brakes on this tricycle—mechanical hub up front, mechanical drum in the back. Even when it’s fully loaded, the brakes have strong stopping power. You don’t have to worry about sliding down slopes or not being able to stop in time on bumpy roads. The front hydraulic shock absorber and rear leaf spring suspension smooth out the rough stuff. No more jarring rides that make your back sore, and your cargo stays safe too.

Product Usage Scenarios

1. Mountainous Area Operation

Mountain roads are tricky—steep, narrow, uneven. But this tricycle’s climbing ability and small size make it ideal. Customers use it for mountain orchard work—hauling fertilizer and seedlings up steep slopes. It’s also great for building mountain scenic areas, where big trucks can’t reach. We’ve had customers in mountainous regions tell us it’s the only vehicle that can handle their terrain without getting stuck. They’ve tried other tricycles, but this one is the only one that holds up.

2. Urban & Rural Logistics

Small-scale logistics operators love this tricycle. It’s perfect for delivering building materials to small urban construction sites, like home renovations. It’s also great for transporting daily goods to rural stores. It’s cheaper to run than a small truck, and it can park in tight spaces—saving time and money for small businesses. Our logistics customers tell us it’s more reliable than other small transport vehicles they’ve used.
