Reinforced Steel Frame: We use 3mm steel here—thicker than the 2mm on standard kekes. Every weld is double-checked by our guys on the factory floor. We’ve tested it with 800kg of wet sand (heavier than dry!) on a potholed village road, and the frame didn’t so much as bend or rattle. This thing’s built to take a beating.

Big, Tough Tires: automatic rickshaw have 16-inch rear tires with thick rubber and deep treads. They don’t flatten under heavy loads, and they grip like crazy on mud, gravel, and construction sites. Tubeless too—no more flat tires from sharp rocks or thorns (a huge hassle when you’re hauling cargo). Change a flat once, and you’ll never go back to tubed tires.

Strong Brakes: Dual rear disc brakes plus a front disc brake—stops this heavy keke fast, even when it’s fully loaded. The brake pads are thicker than standard, so they last longer (less money spent on replacements). We seal the brake fluid lines too—keeps dirt and water out, which is crucial on dusty, rainy roads.

Product Usage Scenarios

Farm Goods Transport: Haul crops (maize, cassava, vegetables), fertilizers, or farm tools between your farm and the market. The big cargo area fits 10+ sacks of produce easy. Those all-terrain tires don’t get stuck in the mud that turns farm roads into slop during rainy season—saves you from pushing or hiring extra help to get unstuck.

Construction Site Transport: Carry sand, cement, bricks, or small tools around job sites. The tuk tuk  tough tires handle uneven ground, sharp rocks, and loose gravel without popping.

Packaging and Delivery

Heavy-duty kekes are bulkier, so we don’t cut corners on packaging—we’ve seen too many cheap crates break during shipping, costing drivers time and money. Here’s how we do it:Packaging: We take the keke apart into main parts—frame, body, engine, seats, wheels, and cargo area. Each part gets wrapped in thick foam first, then stuffed into heavy-duty wooden crates—especially the frame and engine, which are the most critical. The cargo area’s wrapped in plastic to keep scratches off. Every crate has clear labels with photos and simple assembly instructions—even if you’re not a mechanic, you’ll know which part goes where.

Customer Feedback

Chinedu, Enugu, Nigeria: “Man, this keke’s been a game-changer for my farm. I haul cassava and maize to the market every week, and it takes 800kg easy—my old keke could only handle half that, so I had to make two trips. The all-terrain tires are a lifesaver during rainy season—no more getting stuck in the mud and having to unload half my cargo to push it out. The engine’s strong too, climbs that steep hill to the market without struggling. Maintenance is simple—just check the tires and oil every week. Had it 8 months now, and I’ve only had to tighten a couple of bolts. Worth every penny—saves me time and money.”
